Our core mission is the leitmotiv of our company’s history. Established in 1968, Van Zaal aims to be an innovative, permanent player in the horticultural and commercial-industrial building sectors. Although the company was once seen as a local concept, over the years it has increasingly become an international player because of its strategic policy and market development. 

The company’s employees enjoy the latest technologies, both in the factory and at the drawing boards. By paying close attention to product and system development, Van Zaal has managed to raise the bar of the company’s aspirations because of its totally committed, highly trained and motivated staff.   

Our aim as a company and as individual staff members is to be successful by being quality and results orientated, based on our core values – focusing our attention internally and externally, on our business relations, society and the environment. These core values leave no doubt as to where we stand. As core elements for our business culture and identity, they provide guidelines for policy.
